The world’s best receptionist, Margaret Hensey, celebrates her 70th (yes, we know, unbelievable) birthday today, Friday 12 October. ec2i has been fortunate to have her for 28 years during which time she has been the first point of contact for many a client, supplier, potential job seeker and various chatty salespeople!
Maggie, as we know her, was once a ground hostess at our London Southend Airport and that poise, elegance and warm personality still shine brightly today.
Our clients genuinely love her. The flowers on her desk are from client admirers! She makes a fabulous cup of tea (and coffee) and is regularly praised for her warmth and soothing, lovely telephone voice! Complimentary e-mails are also a regular thing.
